Hi, I’m trying to use Sympana connector to integrate Vapi and GHL. The call trigger works fine for outbound calls from GHL to Vapi but the data mapping from Vapi to GHl is not working so I’m not getting any data from my contacts back (contact id , name, number ) anything. Any idea why is this happening? Thanks

Suggestion: Double-check that each Vapi agent is properly linked to your GoHighLevel sub-account using the Sympana setup form, as this step is required for real-time syncing of contact data. Go to Sympana Connector > Setup Form > Link Vapi Agent
