Yeah, I’ve run into this with Sympana + Vapi + GHL before, and it’s usually not a “broken” integration, it’s a mapping issue somewhere in the flow. Most times, the call triggers fine but the data can’t land because the GHL fields don’t match the IDs Sympana is sending, or the custom fields aren’t set up properly. Another common problem is the API token not having full write permissions, so the data gets blocked silently. It’s also worth checking if Vapi’s webhook payload format matches what Sympana expects.
