A "503 Service Unavailable" SIP error often means your provider is blocking outbound calls due to missing IP whitelisting. To resolve this, ensure Vapi's SIP server IPs are whitelisted in your provider's dashboard. For example, in Twilio, add these IPs to your Access Control List:
