Is there a way to transfer account ownership to another team member in Vapi. We want to remove the current owner but don't see an option to "remove from org"

You cannot transfer ownership or remove the original org owner in Vapi today. What you can do instead: • Add the new person as Admin • Have the current owner contact Vapi support and request an ownership transfer (only they can do this) • Or create a new org under the new owner and migrate agents/configs @certified dirtiboi

Hi, Yes, you can transfer ownership, but there must always be at least one owner/admin in the organization. To transfer ownership: 1. Go to Org → Users 2. Invite the new team member (if not already added) 3. Promote them to Owner (or Admin with full permissions) 4. Once the new owner is confirmed, you can then remove the original owner
