Hi, I placed a ticket on Friday that my account was blocked due to billing issues. All of my calls are being blocked since Friday and no one from vapi has provided any solutions to vapi billing. It should be a very simple fix is taking days to resolve.... I can't run my customers on this platform if it takes days to get a fix to a simple billing issue!!!
