Hi guys, I have tried multiple ways to connect my GHL - by the integration and by the API Request - can’t be done, I’m stuck in error 403. My question is - how to get this done by n8n? Has anybody done it and is cool with sharing the workflow? I need to: Search for contacts in GHL Create a contact in GHL Create an appointment in GHL Check calendar availability in GHL Thanks in advance 😎

@saabmasari yo so 403 is usually auth/permissions—like either your API key doesn't have the right scopes in GHL or you're hitting a location/account that key can't access couple things to check real quick: in GHL when you made the API key, did you give it full permissions for contacts + calendar? sometimes the default scopes are too limited are you using the location ID in your requests? most GHL endpoints need that in the headers or url if you're using oauth instead of API key that's a whole different mess lol i've built exactly this flow in n8n (contacts, appointments, calendar checks) so yeah happy to walk you through it or share the basic setup if you want. hit me up and we can screen share or whatever, usually easier than typing it all out what integration method were you trying? the native GHL node or http request?

Any time I connect properly the token, I get 403. I checked even with connecting it with all scopes. Nothing. If you guys don’t mind sharing, I would be greatful

Hi, there is an ongoing issue regarding GHL integration with Vapi and it should be addressed by end of Q1 this year. I am sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you. If you require GHL urgently, I highly recommend integrating GHL using automation providers like n8n or zapier and then call the webhook url from Vapi's apiRequest tool or custom tool.

this issue has been going for 5-7 months now, and it seems like the support team dosent care at all
