Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue where the assistant says it’s going to trigger a tool call, but no tool call is actually logged. After that, it just stays silent until it times out. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve seen it happen with both GPT-5.2-instant and GPT-4.1.
