Are you seeing any specific error messages when attempting to launch campaigns or make outbound calls?
If you’re using a Vapi free number, please note:
• Campaigns are not available on free numbers
• Outbound calling is limited to 10 calls per day
This may be why you’re only able to run test calls at the moment.
If you are seeing any errors, please share the exact message (and a call ID if available), and we’ll take a closer look right away.
