I’ve seen this with Vapi AI when the SBC fails to route SIP INVITEs due to auth, IP, or header issues. In many cases, the call never leaves the SBC at all. Have you checked your SBC logs to confirm if the INVITE is generated? Which provider are you using, and are inbound calls working normally? @549728
