From what you’re describing, it definitely sounds like platform-level voicemail detection is still triggering endedReason: voicemail outside of the assistant config. I’ve worked with Vapi and Twilio AMD behavior before, and this usually happens when detection is enforced at the phone number or org level rather than the assistant level. @Growifai
