Hi Team, I’m experiencing a critical issue where Anthropic models within a Squad configuration are failing to call linked tools, including the default knowledge base query tool. The assistants are not retrieving info or executing functions despite correct configurations.

This is urgent for a live project—could you please look into whether this is a known bug with the current Anthropic/Squad integration?

We are experiencing the same issue - Began 2/19 around 3pm est and just confirmed this morning it is still failing. This is happening in calls attached to squads, and calls routed directly to assistants. I have tested with all available sonnet models as well as Haiku 4.5.
