Yes, you’re totally fine with that setup. VAPI only changes the Twilio inbound webhook during the initial import, once you switch it back to your own server, it won’t automatically change it again. Outbound create_call() will continue to work without any issues. Just to confirm, are you using standard Voice webhooks or SIP trunking for inbound? @Ifeanyi
