Yeah, you’re thinking in the right direction, this usually comes down to how the events are being sent, not Vapi vs GHL. I’d first check that the webhook is actually firing and getting a 200 response, then make sure the call status and phone fields are formatted exactly how GHL expects. If the payload structure is slightly off, GHL just won’t log anything. Are you pushing the events straight from Vapi to GHL, or running them through something in between? @MAJIN
