Keypad Input Not Capturing Digits on Landline Call...

@Vapi @Vapi Support Bot @Subhankar Ghosh I’m working on a voice agent that needs to collect user account numbers via keypad input. I’ve enabled the Keypad Input setting in the dashboard, and it works fine when users call through a mobile number - the dialed digits are captured correctly. However, when users call through a landline, the dialpad doesn’t seem to work. The system fails to capture the digits they enter. Is there a configuration or workaround to ensure keypad input works reliably for landline callers? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1477920669114040361/1477920669823012936/image.png?ex=69a68462&is=69a532e2&hm=174e290d1e6eac4e97a83c6d883a60e7ca840c558db328cdb146ac7c15507d11&

The dialpad works with both mobile numbers and landlines using single agents. I have created a squad with an initial agent that determines the caller’s language and transfers the call to the appropriate agent. However, I need to capture the dialpad entry in the downstream agent, and the dialpad is currently not functioning properly when using squads.

Please share the call id so we can investigate it further.

It is working now. The dialpad had been enabled in the downstream agent but not in the initial one. Once I enabled it in the initial agent, it started working. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1477920669114040361/1479169021000683591/image.png?ex=69ab0f00&is=69a9bd80&hm=64bcb2cb6a481d65b67e5081f30c1b72d2656c3e4c614314af11a021deff413b&
