you guys doubled the price of hipaa compliance, not only that, you automatically charged 2k, enrolled us in zero retention, so basically 3k charge and then gave credit back for 2k inside the platform, not only made a mess of billing but also removed hipaa flag without notification? what kind of bad management is this? @Vapi
