No. I have emailed them multiple times. We can't create a new account because we have all our prompts, RAG docs, scripts, etc. inside Vapi. In the meantime we are using Google AI Studio to mimic and setup pitch demos. We are about to switch everything over to Retell or another reliable platform and start all over. Client is pissed off and had to cancel several pitch deck opportunity. You can't build with unreliable support. Not cool. It's been two weeks and nothing!
