Hey alley, did you try to login through other browser or device?

I have I sued explorer chrome and Firefox and other accounts I can get in on my parents computer but not my brand new hp windows 11 laptop

Hey! Since it works on your parents’ computer your account is totally fine, so that’s a relief. 1. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies first and give it another shot. 2. If that doesn’t work, open an incognito window and try logging in there with all extensions off. 3. go to your browser settings, search for hardware acceleration and turn it off, then restart the browser and try again.
