Hi there, I’m not sure if this is the right channel, but I’m having trouble exporting my call data. I’m trying to generate reports for February. I tried exporting a single day and it worked (received the email), but when I try the whole month, nothing happens. I also tried exporting week by week, but it’s been over 30 minutes and I haven't received anything yet. Is there an issue with the export tool or a limit I should know about? Thanks!
