What you'll do - Design and ship AI voice agents that handle real calls, real payments, and real compliance end to end - Own the architecture and intelligence of a product already in production and scaling fast - Work directly with customers in a hands-on, relationship-driven industry - Sit at the table with the founding team and help decide where this goes next Who you are - 5+ years of full stack experience with strong system design instincts - Comfortable building from scratch without a playbook - Proven experience with AI agents or LLMs in production - Open to going on-site with clients and relocating when our first US office opens Bonus: you've led a team, you're an ex-founder or early hire, or you've built and deployed AI voice agents.
