From what you described it doesn’t look like you did anything wrong. The GHL MCP connection in Vapi hasn’t been fully stable/available, which is why you’re not seeing the confirmation message and the booking tool fails during calls. For now many people connect Vapi to GHL using external tools like Make or n8n via webhook/API instead of the MCP tool.
