Overdue Affiliate Commission Payment

Hi Christian, Thanks for sharing the invoices and details. I see your February ($115.50) and March ($138) payouts are still marked as “Pending,” which can happen under our Net-15 clearance process. Payments usually process automatically once cleared. Could you confirm that your US bank account details are fully verified for receiving these transfers? We’ll make sure this gets resolved as quickly as possible. @Christian

Hello, I am writing regarding the 6 affiliate referrals I generated, which appear as active in the dashboard, while the related commissions were rejected with the note that ad clicks are not accepted. I would like to formally request clarification on this decision. Prior to promoting Vapi, I reviewed the published Tolt affiliate payout terms as well as Vapi’s Terms of Service. After reviewing them carefully, I could not find any explicit prohibition on paid traffic as a whole. For that reason, I proceeded in good faith and in reliance on the terms that were publicly available. If there is a separate affiliate policy, internal advertising rule, or merchant-specific restriction that prohibits this type of traffic, I kindly ask that you point me to the exact provision or written policy being applied here. At the moment, from the terms available to me, I was not able to identify a clear rule stating that commissions from paid traffic are automatically invalid. Because of this, I respectfully request one of the following: a review and reinstatement of the rejected commissions, or a precise written explanation identifying the exact rule that was violated. I want to emphasize that I made a genuine effort to comply with the published terms before promoting the offer. Thank you in advance for your time and clarification. Best regards, Mirian

HI @Miriam — I saw your post about the affiliate commission rejections. I'm dealing with the exact same issue — recurring commissions from long-standing clients rejected as 'ad clicks' despite never running ads. Our clients click our affiliate link in our onboarding documents and to create an account. We have never ran ads or included our affiliate link in any public profiles or media. Also, we have had approved clients and commissions since last year, and just now with the same clients they are saying it is ad clicks, how is that even possible. Seems like just the month of MARCH too which is rather odd - because now they are approving commissions in the same accounts they rejected commissions. I've already sent a formal dispute notice to VAPI. Would you be open to a quick conversation? There may be value in coordinating our approach. Or have you found resolution or a solution to this? VAPI is now just deflecting me to TOLT.
