My phone number: +1 252-691-4288 My assistant ID: 9f300c7c-8da7-469c-99a2-64660e923d8f Now showing: Wellness Partners / Riley assistant (ID: b508a29d-973b-45c6-b7f6-3c69577826d6) When I log in, my account shows a completely different assistant (Wellness Partners / Riley) instead of my Star Team Real Estate assistant. My phone number returns "not found" when called. I'm a real estate business losing leads. Email support has not helped in 5 days. Please escalate immediately.

UPDATE March 24: Phone STILL not working. You said it was fixed but +1 252-691-4288 gets DEAD AIR when called. Number shows correctly assigned in dashboard but is NOT receiving calls. This is now DAY 6. I need this escalated and fixed TODAY.
