So just to make sure I understand correctly — this “hidden fallback path” only really works if the business has some kind of PBX / VoIP / extension / routing rule behind the scenes, right?
In my case, a lot of our target businesses are very small and are just using a normal cell phone as their business number. So they usually don’t have a ring group, extension, or internal route to hand calls back to.
In that simpler setup, it sounds like there’s no real clean way for the AI to transfer fallback back to that same number without looping, unless they either:
use a separate direct fallback number, or
move to a smarter business phone setup
Is that basically the right takeaway?
