Yeah I’ve run into this before, Vapi doesn’t use a fixed User-Agent, it can change depending on their SIP setup, so it’s not something you want to rely on for whitelisting. Best move is to place a test call and capture the actual header from a SIP trace, then share that with them. Are they already blocking your traffic or just asking ahead of time? @tony.artavia
