okay after a few refreshes and some time it stopped throwing the error. I assume it was because of how quickly we made the account and tried to invite people

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. To add a member to your account, please go to Account Settings → Members, enter their email address, and make sure to click the “+” button so the Invite button becomes enabled. Please note that the View and Editor role options are currently available only on the Enterprise plan. However, as an Admin, you can still add other team members to your organization. If you run into any issues, please share your Org ID along with a screenshot of the error, and we’ll be happy to help. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1488216339091816518/1488465915266990170/image.png?ex=69cce168&is=69cb8fe8&hm=d1cb7fe36a2e97aee6e6fd72aaa44b804a0d3171f3150290445d669585385d41&
