Dashboard not loading on Desktop

04/02/2026, 3:46 AMIve tried logging in on both my laptop and desktop and it goes through a login loop and then just lands back on the login page. Ive tried logging in with google account, and just a regular email account and same thing. Ive tried connecting to my phones hotspot in case it was my IP issue but thats not the case. It loads fine on my phone which I cant do anything with. I havent touched or changed anything in my account recently and its happening across both my laptop and desktop.

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page
2. Try opening the dashboard in an Incognito / Private window
3. Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
These steps resolve most browser-related loading issues. Please let us know if the dashboard loads after trying any of these and we'll take it from there.

This isn't a browser or network issue. What's happening is that your account was most likely created using a social login (Google, GitHub, or Discord). When you sign up that way, no password gets set on the account - so when you try to log in with email and password, it fails and redirects you back to the login page, which makes it look like a loop.

Option 1 — Use social login (recommended):
- Go to https://dashboard.vapi.ai/login
- Click the social login button you originally used to sign up (Google, GitHub, or Discord)
- This should log you in immediately
Option 2 — Set a password for email login:
- Go to https://dashboard.vapi.ai/login
- Click "Forgot password"
- Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link
- Set a new password and you'll be able to log in with email and password going forward
