‼️ Looking For: Part-Time Voice AI Support Engineer We are looking for a part-time Voice AI Support Engineer to support our growing product on a long-term basis. At the moment we have 4 big clients and the call volume is getting too big for me to monitor and fix bugs on my own. This is a support-focused technical role involving monitoring AI calls, identifying issues, making changes, and helping maintain the performance of our voice AI systems. Over time the role will expand and there will be more responsibilities. Required skills: - Vapi (Squads) - Python - API and webhook troubleshooting - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, or automation systems - Ability to review call logs, transcripts, and workflows - Good communication and attention to detail. You will be in direct communication with the client. You must be available from 8:00 - 12:00 Sydney/Australia time every day.
