Hi, we’re looking to make our squad multilingual and add Vietnamese support. We initially tried using Deepgram with the language set to multilingual, but the transcription quality for Vietnamese has been too inconsistent. We’re now considering creating separate Vietnamese only assistants and routing through a squad. The problem is that our English setup already uses a squad with 8 assistants, so adding another 8 Vietnamese assistants into the same squad would become messy and difficult to maintain. Has anyone found a cleaner way to handle this kind of multilingual setup? One feature that could really help in Vapi would be the ability for assistants within a squad to hand off to another squad.
