Yeah this usually isn’t just prompting VAPI can sound robotic if voice, timing, and response flow aren’t tuned together. Small tweaks like speech rate, pauses, and less “perfect” phrasing help a lot. I’ve worked on making these calls sound way more natural, happy to help you dial it in. What voice model + latency settings are you using right now? @jacob
