Hello everyone 👋 I am currently building a voice ai agent in vapi for outbound calls it is for a real estate business So i set it up to be a multilingual agent So it speaks Hindi , Bengali an English But Bengali is the main language But the agent pronounces English and Hindi well but does not pronounce bengali well I have corrected prompts and done a lot but yet nothing works

The issue is your voice provider - most don't have strong Bengali TTS support. Prompts won't fix this. Switch to Azure with a dedicated Bengali voice:

Also make sure your transcriber has Bengali set too - use Deepgram with language: "bn".

Thanks for sharing the ElevenLabs voice ID. To help us investigate further, could you share a few call IDs where the Bengali pronunciation issue occurred? You can find these in your Vapi dashboard under call logs.
