Add Tax ID / VAT Number to Billing Profile

04/13/2026, 10:09 AMHi team! I just sent an email to support, but I'm dropping a message here in hopes of a faster resolution. I urgently need to add my company's Tax ID (VAT Number) to my billing profile so my invoices are legally valid for EU accounting.
Here are my details:
Account Email: swapmind.business@gmail.com
Company Name: SWAPMIND S.L.
Tax ID / VAT Number: ESB26886549
Billing Address: Calle Igualdad 10, 28923 Alcorcón, Madrid, Spain.
Could an admin please help me update my profile or send me a link where I can do it myself? Thank you!"

04/14/2026, 4:33 AMYou can add your company details (including VAT number) directly when downloading an invoice from your dashboard:
1. Go to Billing in your Vapi dashboard
2. Find the relevant invoice and click the Download button
3. You'll be prompted to enter your company details including Tax ID / VAT number before the invoice is generated
