That’s a tough spot when outbound works but inbound fails, it’s usually a misconfigured webhook or routing issue, not Twilio itself. Most likely your Twilio number isn’t properly pointing to Vapi for incoming calls or isn’t attached to an active assistant. Happy to help you sort it quickly and get inbound working end-to-end.
