Fixes already applied with no significant improvement: - Wait seconds: increased to 3.5s - Silence timeout: increased to 30s - Background denoising: disabled Is this an RTP media transport issue on your end? Can you check internal logs for these call IDs? Sample failed call IDs: 019d5ea7-b90a-7007-a733-2edf2642a092 019d58cf-3cbd-7bb1-b19d-759470d0c95c 019d58ca-41a9-7991-b2a4-d98471a540b8 ISSUE #2 — ESCALATING (6.2% and rising) Error: call.start.error-get-transport (HTTP 403) Frequency: increased from 2 cases to 13 cases in the last session Provider: Telnyx native integration This appears to be an authentication or permission rejection before the call even starts. Any guidance on both issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, All three calls connected successfully but ended after ~15 seconds due to no audio being received from the recipient (
assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio
timeout). Most likely cause: Voicemail is picking up (no live speech), and voicemail detection isn’t enabled. • Enable voicemailDetection on the assistant to handle voicemail properly If there is genuinely no audio being transmitted, this could also be an issue on your telephony provider’s side, so we recommend checking with them as well. and for issue 2 please share the relevant call ids. Thank you
