Most of the time this happens when the wrong API key type is used or the key doesn’t have the required permissions for the integration (even if it’s correct). Also worth double-checking if the integration expects a V1 key vs V2 or a Project-level vs User-level key. If everything looks right, it’s likely a scope/permission mismatch on Telnyx side.
