Carrier returns SIP 200 OK but zero media, zero duration, $0 cost, empty transcript. 370 of 685 calls across 13 campaigns, flat rate all day. Same assistant + same BYO Telnyx trunk was fine before today. Telnyx status is green, ruled out on our side.
