This usually happens when the voice list isn’t syncing properly or the provider (Vapi) is locked to a default voice like Elliot. It can also be due to missing permissions, cached UI issues, or the voice library not loading. Quick check ....are you able to open the voice dropdown and it’s just empty, or is it stuck on Elliot and won’t let you select anything else?
