The issue is Twilio is timing out trying to reach Vapi's inbound call endpoint ....it's not getting a response within the 15-second window, which usually points to either a Vapi service disruption or a misconfiguration on the webhook side. Is this affecting all your Twilio numbers or just specific ones? @Sean
