Glitchy transfers on experimental features usually happen from unstable handoff logic, webhook timing delays, or state sync issues during call routing. Running transfers through LiveKit / Pipecat can be more stable if set up right. Are your transfers SIP-based, PSTN, or agent-to-agent handoffs?
