Hello Vapi support team,

I tried to use Vapi API to design a squad that can handle both chat and call. As we all know, chat does not support squad and handoff and variable sharing. I want to ask if you guys have any advice/comeents on this?

Really appreciate your help.

For running chat over squad, we started the squad first and whenever we received the handoff signal from the message, we started a new chat session with previous chat_id.
