Setup: - Using Vapi with custom SIP provider (Zadarma) - Hungarian phone number connected via Zadarma PBX - Assistant: Riley Issue: I cannot find or use SIP credentials / SIP trunking in my Vapi dashboard. Expected behavior: I should be able to create SIP credentials and connect my Zadarma SIP account to handle inbound calls. Actual behavior: There is no "Credentials" or SIP trunking option visible in my dashboard, and I cannot complete the SIP setup. Details: - Using username/password authentication (digest auth) - Zadarma PBX configured (extension 100) - Phone number connected Question: Is SIP trunking enabled on my plan? If not, how can I enable or upgrade to access it? This is blocking my setup. Thanks!

Hey, I’ve run into this before. SIP trunking isn’t enabled by default on most Vapi plans, so that’s why you’re not seeing the credentials option. I can help you check if it’s a plan limitation and get it enabled, then connect your Zadarma PBX properly so inbound calls start working. Let me know. @bNd1018
