Yoo everyone wanted to share something that genuinely blew my mind this week I took my client onboarding process from 14 days down to 7 days a while back and then this week I ran a ~12 hour Claude Code session (not continuous, spread out) and got it down to basically same day for context I'm co-founder of an AI agency and I handle ALL fulfillment solo while we're actively scaling. the stack is GHL + n8n + VAPI + Make.com. and even though it's "just" importing pre-built automations and blueprints, there's still a ton of fulfillment work creating pipelines, mapping stage IDs, wiring up assistants, fixing mismatches across platforms. it adds up fast when you're the only one doing it. so I just... handed it to Claude. I literally type "onboard this client" and it handles the full flow GHL pipeline creation, n8n workflow imports, VAPI assistant setup, Make.com scenarios, even catches mapping errors I'd normally spend hours debugging manually. the best part? when something breaks, you just go back and forth with it. it's not magic, it's just about actually sitting with it and working through it together.
