Issue: Tool request-start message not triggering immediately We have a KB query tool set up with "wait for message to be spoken before triggering tool call" enabled, but there's still a noticeable silence before the filler message plays. The message fires eventually, but there's a delay between the user finishing their utterance and the agent saying "Just a moment while I check..." — making it feel like a dead line. Anyone else hit this? Is there a fix beyond the checkbox?
