Vapi is listed as a supported partner integration, but given how fresh the release is, dashboard support may still be rolling out. If it's not working, it's likely not fully available in the Vapi UI yet. For now, Deepgram Nova-3 with language: multi is the stable multilingual option in Vapi same provider, solid accuracy. Worth checking back in a few days or watching the Vapi changelog. And on async tool execution It's per-tool, not a global setting. When you're editing a tool in the Vapi dashboard, scroll down to the additional options section you'll find Async Mode as a toggle there. One thing to note: async: true means the assistant won't wait for the tool response and won't speak the result back.
