Guys. I taking a beating right here trying to set an appointment setter/.. "She's" not calling the tools, apparently. I have her set to book the appointment on-call directly on my google calendar, then send the caller and sms confirming it, and, as a fallback, if the caller hangs up without booking anything, she should send an sms with the booking link. Something is lost in the way 😆 . I'm using a Twillio number and Twillio's API is already baked into the sms tools. Any good soul willing to take a look at it?
