Hey! I wanted to get the binary of a call recording at make.com's http get module, but I got rejected by cloudflare saying I'm blocked. I've already did this request tens of thousands of times in the past years, so I have no idea what is the issue. Please help me!

Hey! I can help with that. It’s likely Cloudflare recently flagged the Make.com requests due to rate limits, missing headers, IP reputation, or bot protection changes. Since it worked before, the endpoint or Cloudflare rules probably changed recently. I can help you troubleshoot it and set up a stable workaround for fetching the call recording binaries reliably. @stevechef_

Message I received: "Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access vapi.ai Why have I been blocked? This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. What can I do to resolve this? You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked." @Vapi @Vapi Support Bot Please help with this

Hi, Thanks for reaching out.
We're not immediately sure what triggered the Cloudflare block in this case, but before we dig deeper it would help to know whether you're still experiencing this issue right now, or whether it has resolved on its own.
If it's still happening, a few things worth trying in the meantime: First, check whether the request headers in your Make.com HTTP module include a valid Authorization header with your Vapi API key, as missing or malformed headers can sometimes trigger security blocks.
Second, check if anything changed recently on the Make.com side - a module update, a change in the request URL format, or a spike in request volume can occasionally trigger Cloudflare's automated rules. Third, try making the same request manually via a tool like Postman to see if the block is specific to Make.com's IP range or affects all clients.
Let us know if you're still blocked and share any additional details about the request setup and we'll escalate from there.
