Hi, not related to the call so no call id/timestamps, but however, issue is with access nature, we've tried to solve it with the support. I have account for the user anora.atakhanova@gomed.cz which, when logged in, can't see their own org. I need to access billing and other on that account, but see nothing. So when we log in, we see only orgs that we've been invited to, but not the original one, of the user. Could it be caused because I was originally invited vs creating the org myself? Hi, I can help you sort this out. It sounds like the original org ownership or permissions may not be properly linked to that account, especially if it was invited instead of used to create the org.
