The {"traceId":"xxxx"} with 200 OK is GHL silently failing not a calendar config issue. Two most likely fixes: your Version header should be 2023-02-21 (not 2021-07-28, which is deprecated), and your PIT token needs calendars.readonly scope explicitly enabled under Settings → Private Integrations. Also confirm your startDate/endDate are 13-digit millisecond timestamps and pass timezone=Australia/Sydney as a plain query param. Test in Postman first before wiring into Vapi.
