@Michael Hi. I can't seem to integrate GHL into Vapi. I've read a few posts. Has it been resolved ? Here is my last Log / Call ID: 019e1a37-be22-7aa6-a630-9515a6733ee7

The Ghl Mcp native connection isn't working yet You will have to make use of a middleware or the API request tools in the custom tool
@Michael

Do you have a preferred crm that works with Vapi?
u
Make.com seems to work fine to connect GHL and vapi so you don't need any other crm... It's a workaround for the MCP you can use till they solve the issue with ghl MCP I have a template you can import in if you have a make.com Account
r
Is asking about a CRM not an automation tools
Make.com is an automation tool'
@✞ρєη¢ℓσηє He has corrected himself Yeah make.com is a perfect middleware you can make use of to do the connection @Michael
This is not okay @Subhankar Ghosh
Do you join the group to pitch an alternative to Vapi ? @Subhankar Ghosh
@Amanda (Vapi) See this

yes, where VAPI lags

You should have focused on promoting your product through social media or email marketing instead of exploiting perceived weaknesses in Vapi to push it. There’s no guarantee your own platform won’t face similar issues later, so where is the proof of stability? I’m not saying having your own platform is bad, but advertising it in a Discord space where the same kind of product is being used feels inappropriate. Take your marketing elsewhere people will choose to use it if they want to, and if not, that’s their decision.

@Rita Heritage I never post for anything else, GHL is a long issue which is there, I just try to help. At the end we try to serve customers not force them into trouble. I am just trying to help for GHL which u also did. In your case you dont have platform so u suggested some 3rd party which does not work but in my case I have a product which solves the problem so offered. If this is not allowed in policy, I will not do.

I get your point, and I understand the intention is to help, especially if you’ve built something that solves a real problem. The concern here isn’t just about having a product, but about context and relevance. The original issue being discussed was specifically about GHL and its limitations, and the kind of help being asked for was an alternative CRM or workaround within that ecosystem not switching to a completely different platform. So when a full external platform is introduced, it shifts the direction of the discussion away from the actual request, even if the intention is to solve the problem. If you want to contribute smoothly in the community, it’s usually best to first address the issue with neutral solutions or alternatives within scope, and only bring up your product when it is directly relevant or explicitly asked for. It’s not about you not having a product it’s about keeping the discussion aligned with what was actually requested. @Subhankar Ghosh

hi all - self promotion in this area is against server rules. You can post about your services in #1503535612689645679

Exactly not under a consumer issue @Subhankar Ghosh Go there and advertise your product

thanks @Amanda (Vapi) @Rita Heritage

Hi, Thanks for reaching out and sharing that Call ID. We are currently aware of some ongoing issues with the native GoHighLevel integration.
Recommended Workaround: To maintain a stable connection for your production calls right now, we recommend using an automation platform like n8n or Make.com as a bridge. By using a tool like n8n, you can: Use Vapi's Server URL/Webhooks to send call data (transcripts, call summaries, recording links). Use the GHL API or the GHL n8n node to create/update contacts and add notes based on that data. This approach is generally more reliable and gives you significantly more control over how the data is mapped into your GHL sub-accounts.
We'll be sure to update you as soon as the native integration is fully optimized. Let us know if you have any questions about setting up the webhook workflow!
