Hi Team, We are facing an issue with unexpected credit consumption in our Vapi account over the last 3 days. Credits are getting deducted continuously without any significant increase in usage. Since auto-reload is enabled, the account has been automatically recharged multiple times, causing unexpected charges. Our normal monthly usage is around $20, but recently we have observed repeated deductions and auto reloads which do not seem justified. We have already collected: Usage metrics for the past month Recharge history/screenshots Could someone please investigate: Why the credits are being consumed unusually fast Whether there is any bug or abnormal activity Possibility of refunding the unspecified/excess credit usage This issue is urgent because the auto reload keeps triggering continuously.
