It sounds more like a Vapi inbound/SIP routing issue than your numbers being blocked, especially since it suddenly started failing across multiple carriers and numbers at the same time. Vapi has had a few recent call failure/SIP incidents too. Can you check if the calls are even reaching the Vapi logs/dashboard, or do they fail before showing up there?
